Rochester Insitute of Technology ose i njohur ndryshe si Universiteti Amerikan në Kosovë është një universitet privat i vendosur në qarkun e Gërmisë në Prishtinë, Kosovë. Universitet është themeluar në vitin 2002, dhe është i lidhur me Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) në Rochester, New York.
Universiteti Amerikan në Kosovë, i njohur zakonisht me inicialet AUK, është i vetmi universitet jo-fitimprurës privatë në Kosovë. Të gjitha klasat zhvillohen në gjuhën angleze, dhe të gjithë studentët janë të regjistruar në programet e Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), programet, bachelor ose master janë të arritshëm nga studentët e AUK.
